2. Subscription and Billing
2.1 Subscription Plans

2.2 Payment Terms
When you subscribe to a Sitesure plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as specified for that plan. The fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms. Every plan comes with a free trial period allowing you to fully test the full features of the plan you intend to purchase.
2.3 Billing Cycle

3. Cancellation and Termination of Service
3.1 Account Closure
You may close your Sitesure account at any time. Upon closure, all your data will be removed, except for your anonymous account ID, which ensures no one else can have the same monitor URLs.
3.2 Termination for Abuse
Any abuse of the Service may result in the termination of your account. Sitesure reserves the right to determine what constitutes abuse of the Service.
4. API Usage
4.1 API Availability
The Sitesure API is provided "as is" and "as available."
4.2 API Modifications
The API may be subject to change and modifications from time to time. We will strive to notify you of any significant changes in advance.
4.3 Responsible API Usage
You must not use an excessive amount of API requests and querying. The definition of what is considered excessive usage will be determined solely by Sitesure.
4.4 Throttling and Blocking
Sitesure reserves the right to limit the number of allowed API requests (throttling) and block API usage entirely for specific accounts or IP addresses if they are deemed to be using the API excessively.
